Armor Shard

These shards will help build up your armor, if your low on armor, find a shard, grab it and your armor will come up a few points.

Combat Armor

Standard combat vest, you'll need this, this is a good majority of your armor, this is something both in singleplayer, and multiplayer you will want to keep in the high numbers.

Small Health Kit

Need some health ? Don't want to get to low ? Then grab these the moment you see them, never pass these up, you always want to keep your health at a good enough level to walk out of a fight. 

Large Health Kit

Really low on health ? this is something your going to want to grab asap then, this will replenish your health to a great level then it was before, don't pass these up if your almost dead.

PDA

This personal data assistant will save your life in the single player, it will give you tips on what to do, and will also update you with objectives and where to go, always look to this when you need help, it WILL help you.

Berserk Power-up

This lives up to its name, you get a hold of this power-up, your vision becomes distorted, and you start screaming like a madman from hell, your screams will terrify others, and one punch with your fist, will explode the enemy into gibs of enjoyment.
